**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calling:

- Initiate and manage outbound calls to licensed Security Officers from our provided lead list.
- App Promotion:

- Clearly articulate the benefits of the SG Hired app, emphasizing its ability to enhance job opportunities and streamline the user experience.
- Relationship Building:

- Build rapport with Security Officers, address inquiries, and foster positive interactions to encourage app downloads.
- Lead Conversion:

- Convert leads into active users by effectively communicating the value proposition of the SG Hired app.
- Target Achievement:

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly download targets through persuasive and targeted calling strategies.
- Product Knowledge:

- Stay well-informed about the SG Hired app's features and updates to provide accurate information during calls.
- Database Management:

- Update lead information in the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness for efficient follow-ups.
- Feedback Collection:

- Gather feedback from Security Officers during calls, providing valuable insights for continuous app improvement.
- Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and contribute to achieving overall company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with the security industry or similar sectors is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate the features and benefits of the SG Hired app.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A positive and resilient attitude.
