We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to engage our services.

**Responsibilities**
- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerised directory
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales programme
- Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
