The company is a company from Germany that focus on making holistic wellbeing accessible to everyone by producing wearable health devices. They are currently looking for a Financial Controller.
For this position, you will reporting to Head of Finance - APAC.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Participation in the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements - Reviewing of budgets, financial reports and annual forecasting
- Liquidity and cash flow management
- Monthly reporting to Head of Finance APAC
- Ensure payments are compliant with corporate policies and requirements
- Bridging of local accounting firm and Regional APAC Finance Department
- Review and analysis of financial reports produced by local accounting firm
- Ensure accuracy of reports produced by local accounting firm
- Budget preparation with P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflows
- Forecast preparation with P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflows
- Manage banking relationships
- Responsible for internal and external audits
- Assist in creating and maintaining of policies and procedures
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations
- Partnering with operations and sales teams to identify areas for improvement to guide costs down and reduce working capital as much as possible whilst continuing to drive business
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when they arise
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Hands-on mentality and flexibility are part of your profile
- You are a goal-oriented team player
- You have a completed education in Accounting / Financial Administration
- You have a good knowledge of IT, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- You have a critical attitude and numerical insight
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
