Job Summary
- Support daily plant infrastructure systems operation including site services.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned task including work coordination with various parties
- Ensure compliance to SOP, Business Information Management (BIM), HSE and AFCM regulations
- Perform routine / non-routine facilities operation / building infrastructure support.
- Managing and maintaining routine PM scheduling / program.
- To provide any support and taking over of for DSM project/building utilities system and soft services. (Phase 2 and Phase 3)
- To support energy efficiency improvements for utilities system.

In this role, a typical day will include:

- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on DSM Flex Front End and Back End modules.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for adhoc repair works.
- Support in achieving plant infrastructures system functionality and operational reliability.
- Plan and execute maintenance programs per schedule and compliance to requirements.
- Manage site services to ensure reliable performance and performing on-time goods receivables.
- Support and plan department budget accordingly to the monthly budget.
- 24/7 standby to support plant operations.
- Compliance to Quality manuals and system, Regulatory, AFCM, HSE, BIM and DI
- Support System re-evaluation, non-conformance investigations and audits.
- Drive and Support Site energy and water management.
- Support Contractors and service provider expectations management.
- 5s and housekeeping
- Support CAR request documentation for continuous improvement i.e. process / reliability improvements, energy and water.
- To support and perform non-conformance investigation and support CAPA and effectiveness check

Job Requirement:

- ITE or Diploma in facilities management, technical or relevant discipline.
- 2 year experience in facilities management and relevant engineering experience.
- Knowledge in plant infrastructure systems i.e. HVAC, Compressed dry air, site and building services, GMP environment, HSE and energy and water efficiency improvements and soft services.
