**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Configure and customize FileNet Content Manager to meet business requirements.

3. Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, and workflows to automate content management processes.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to FileNet.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.

6. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.

7. Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

**Requirements**:
1. 4+ years of experience with IBM FileNet Content Manager.

2. Strong knowledge of FileNet APIs, workflows, and content management principles.

3. Experience with programming languages (Java,.NET, etc.).

4. Familiarity with database management systems.

5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

**Nice to Have**:
1. FileNet certifications (e.g., FileNet P8 Certified Developer).

2. Experience with cloud-based content management solutions.

3. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
