Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance and ensure projects & enhancements are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule and adhering to internal processes & standards such as IT security standard and SDLC framework
- Manage and steer both IT and business key stakeholders to adopt cost effective solutions and ensure successful projects delivery
- Collaborate with team members, software architects, vendors and business stake holders to deliver projects in a timely manner
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
- Propose alternative solutions and technologies to improve and bring about high quality system solutions
- Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations, where possible
- Manage, negotiate and resolve project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track
**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT and have a keen appreciation of business needs and strong interest in business processes
Able to understand, appreciate and translate business problem into solutions
- A highly motivated self-starter who possess positive mindset, a doer mentality, proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong stakeholder management including vendor management
- Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners
- Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, communication and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-pace environment
- Independent and team player
- Development experience with React, H5, Microsoft.NET C#, SQL, SiteCore and Microsoft Azure
- Perform as an all-rounder, with demonstrated ability to wear multiple hat to drive both technical as well as project management.

The following certification will have added advantage - SiteCore, Azure architect and/or PMP, ACP certification
