**Working Time**:
Robertson Quay: 11.30pm-7.30am
Changi: 11pm-7am

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Wipe down and sanitise cooking equipment such as stoves, ovens, and countertops.
- Clean exhaust hoods, filters, and other kitchen fixtures as required.
- Remove trash, food scraps, and grease; empty rubbish bins regularly.
- Mop and sweep the floor to ensure it's free of spills, oil, or debris.
- Refill cleaning liquids, soap, and paper towels when needed.
- Ensure cleaning tools are used properly and stored neatly after use.
- Follow kitchen hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with general cleanliness of the kitchen and back-of-house area.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
