We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & eCommerce Assistant to join our growing team This hybrid role blends hands-on warehouse operations with digital eCommerce management and creative content support.

The role reports to the co-founders and plays a crucial role in ensuring our products are received, fulfilled, and showcased efficiently across multiple sales platforms. If you enjoy both physical and digital work, are highly organized, and love creating content, this is the perfect role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Operations**
- Manage and process daily orders across all platforms (Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.)
- Pick, pack, and fulfill orders accurately and on time
- Receive inbound shipments, unpack, inspect, and stock products
- Update and maintain inventory systems accurately, including batch/expiry tracking
- Organize and maintain warehouse and stockroom layout
- Arrange international freight shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Coordinate local last-mile delivery, track orders, and troubleshoot delivery issues

**eCommerce & Platform Management**
- Upload new products, update listings, prices, and stock levels on Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
- Run sales, campaigns, and product promotions on eCommerce and local retailer platforms

**Content & Social Media Support**
- Assist with creating video and photo content for product launches, unboxing, flatlays, and demos
- Help prepare creative assets for social media and platform listings

**Requirements**:

- Genuine interest in products for children, pets and elderly
- Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or eCommerce preferred
- Comfortable using eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada)
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems or willingness to learn
- Tech-savvy with a good eye for visual content (basic video/photo skills a plus)
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Physically fit and comfortable handling stock and shipments

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
