**What You’ll Do**

As Kaia enters its next phase of ecosystem growth, we're looking for a proactive Developer Relations Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between developers and the Kaia blockchain, driving adoption and engagement by providing hands-on technical support, educational content, and developer advocacy. You'll work directly with developers, assist with integrations, and contribute to Kaia’s expanding ecosystem.

**Developer Support & Ecosystem Growth**
- Support partner integrations and assist builders in launching dApps and protocols in the Kaia ecosystem.
- Engage with developer communities to gather feedback and improve developer experience tools.

**Education & Content Creation**
- Develop technical guides, blog posts, and tutorials to inspire developers to build on Kaia.
- Streamline and improve developer onboarding, documentation, and technical resources.
- Conduct workshops and technical talks to promote Kaia’s ecosystem.

**Community Engagement & Events**
- Assist in organizing and participating in meetups, hackathons, and builder community events.
- Provide technical support to external teams and partners integrating with Kaia.
- Advocate for best practices in dApp development and smart contract security.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Passion for and knowledge of Kaia.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or a Southeast Asian language is a strong plus.
- 3+ years in the blockchain industry with familiarity in blockchain development.
- 2+ years of experience in Engineering, Developer Relations, or a technical role.
- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Solidity.
- 2+ years of experience building EVM-based dApps.
- Experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading technical workshops and community talks.
- Experience assisting external teams and partners with technical integrations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed team.
- Passion for engaging with developer communities and improving the overall developer experience.
