**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of toolkits for strain engineering,
- Collaborate with academia and industry in bioproduction and synthetic biology; and
- Assist in any other duties that are delegated by the Research Scientist and/or Team Lead

**Job Requirements**
- Hold a BSc or a MS in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related disciplines;
- Have knowledge and good technical skills with microbes and recombinant DNAs;
- Able to follow instructions to perform experiments;
- Hands-on ability to carry out bench work
