**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Support the Point of Sales integration to ERP.
- Work with cross-functional and intra-department resources as needed to provide high level technical expertise and provide support to internal customers.
- Supervise ad hoc projects that will be assign by the ERP Manager.
- Resolving technical issues, maintaining up-time, technology refresh and liaising with vendors.
Coordinate solution delivery activities with vendors as required. To liaise with external vendors to ensure service is met according to SLA.
- Collaborate comfortably with cross functional teams, technical support resources, and external business partners. Effectively facilitates/negotiates through challenging situations.
- Prepare and review the monthly preventive maintenance review report and inform ERP Manager and relevant parties on improvements and recommendations.
- Provides 24*7 month end financial closing support in a rotating on-call environment.
- Supports internal process improvement efforts.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
With more than 3 years experiences in Microsoft Dynamics Ax business solutions’ troubleshooting and support
- Preferably with 2 years experiences in Point-of-Sale integration troubleshooting and support
- Preferably with 3 years experiences with vendor management and operational change management
Knowledge of Installation, configuration, administration, performance backup, monitoring and tuning, capacity planning and maintenance of the systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics Ax and integration.
- Knowledge and experiences in Financial, Trade and Logistics modules of Microsoft Dynamics Ax is a plus.
- Possesses strong analytical, technical solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good experience in integrations (e.g. Web Services,.Net Business connector, CLR Interop, Adapters, Staging Database)
- Familiarity of business process design and ability to propose process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to develop clear, thorough functional or technical requirement that drive effective solution development.
- Familiarity of effective testing practices and methodologies.
- Ability to define and execute appropriate test scenarios to validate system solutions.
- Ability to effectively utilize available tools and resources (internal and external) to resolve issues.
- Ability to lead project and work well independently within a fast paced, dynamic, deadline orientated environment by embracing all tasks with competency, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Must be customer service orientated
- Strong oral and written communication skills enabling the persuasive presentation of proposed solutions and the delivery of effective end-user training.
- Wiling to work in a fast moving and an out of office hour support environment.
