**School Affairs Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to customers' feedback proactively and understand their needs
- Familiarise with company's products and furnish necessary information to customers
- Support outlet's operational procedures and administrative processes

**Application Requirements**:

- Able to read, write and communicate in both Mandarin and English (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking Associates)
- Proficient in MS Office Application and Cloud-based Sharing Programmes
- Able to work on weekends
