**Job Description**:
**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

Sia Partners is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Manager or Manager to join the Singapore office. You will have the opportunity to help insurance organizations transform their policy administration, claims management and benefits processing operations and ultimately enhance the customer’s experience.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the Insurance team and deliver project work across a range of clients based either from our office in Singapore or at client site
- Lead major projects and manage relationships with flagship and key accounts
- Working closely with other Sia Partners’ offices and leverage our global network to take part in cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge
- Summarize and present findings to project managers and clients
- Collaborate with engagement team to deliver high-quality work products
- Lead business development and proposal efforts
- Manage team of resources to ensure deliverables are provided on time
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team
- Senior Manager or Manager will be expected to drive sales efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives

**As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a wide spectrum of projects with our clients, covering topics such as**:

- Business improvement, change management, business processes study, mapping & reengineering, performance management design & implementation, benchmarks & analysis
- Regulatory/Operational risk/Digital transformation
- Innovation: discovery and validation of emerging business opportunities.
- Project management: management of business projects with both internal stakeholders and third parties, able to manage complex client projects

**Qualifications**:
**SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS**
- 8 to 10 years of management consulting experience working in business transformation within operations at insurance clients
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry’s operating models, depth in a specific area like products, processes, and/or technology is preferred; ideally across general, healthcare and life.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive; thrives on growth challenges with regard to client development and business development
- Ability to manage client relationships and networks, present to senior audiences, and work day-to-day with senior and mid-level clients
- Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Senior Manager or Manager will be expected to have business development experience and will be responsible for driving sales efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives
