The Business Intern will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth objectives through fund raising, acquisition, and merger initiatives. Working with the CEO and Chief Corporate Development Officer, the intern will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain valuable exposure to business strategy and corporate finance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investors, merger or acquisition targets, and industry trends.
- Developing and implementing strategies for fundraising, merger and acquisition activities.
- Assisting in the preparation of business plans, investment memorandums, and financial models.
- Supporting due diligence processes by conducting research and analysis on target companies.
- Participating in negotiations with investors, target companies, and other stakeholders.
- Supporting post-merger integration activities, such as developing integration plans and assisting with the execution of integration initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- A strong academic background in business, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience or knowledge of fundraising, merger and acquisition, or corporate finance would be an advantage.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**At least 5 months internship period**
