Responsibilities
- Establish partnerships with companies and organizations, and find profitable suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers to get favorable terms.
- Accept orders for essential goods and services.
- Finalize the purchase order and delivery information.
- Track and report important operational metrics to lower costs and boost efficiency.
- Manage spending and cultivate a culture of long-term procurement cost savings.
- Create a system that is accurate and effective for keeping track of all open purchase orders.
- When planning a new order, update the delivery purchase report week to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure that all deliveries are in accordance with the assigned purchase orders by working with the inventory team, and communicate with production about the production schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Strong negotiation skills and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
- Knowledge of plastics resin is an advantage
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Able to thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment
