**Farmacy Executive (Marketing)**:
Assist Lead Farmacist in all operations of Food Farmacy, including day to day operations, documentations, staff supervision and outreach to clients and partner organisations.

1) Plan marketing strategies to promote Food Farmacy and the activities.

2) Curate, conduct, evaluate and review appropriate programs and activities

3) Plan and execute culinary and nutritional / health classes and other Farmacy events

4) Plan and execute outreach events eg. Outings, Road shows

5) Plan and execute online classes

6) Publicise programs and centre

7) Produce program materials

8) Ensure Government grant KPIs are achieved, participant recruitment, planning of outreach programs, data collection, analysis and submission

9) Liaison with Tzu Chi Media team in all matters, including publicity materials, media reports etc.

10) Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Centre KPIs/OKRs

11) Assist in creating content and manage social media platforms

12) Liaison and outreach to overseas institutions promoting health and nutrition

13) Liaison and outreach to local partnering organisations

14) Liaison with Tzu Chi People X People Team regarding staff welfare matters

15) Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency in G-suite is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
