TransAsia Private Capital Singapore Pte. Ltd. is a fund management firm, licensed by the MAS since 2019. The firm is best known for its private debt solutions spanning across trade and trade related value chain financing, mid tenor supply chain financing, and mid to longer tenor term and project loans. TransAsia capitalises on pre-existing middle market financing gaps left by the banking sector in the Asia Pacific region.
**Summary of the position**
**Responsibilities**:
Office Management
- Maintains, operates, and improves a range of office processes and administrative systems.
- Manages and oversees the office administrative functions and tasks.
- Coordinates with external office service providers.
- Create and maintain effective tracking of documents and filing systems.
- Work collaboratively with other departments across the firm to coordinate and support.
Compliance ( _preferred, but prior experience not required _)
- Provide administrative and operational assistance with various regulatory compliance matters.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that work and submissions are done in a timely manner.
- Keeps track of regulatory deadlines and company filing requirements.
Finance ( _preferred _)
- Undertakes payment duties including the collation of invoices and processing expenses.
- Performs bank reconciliation.
- Assist the Finance Manager in monthly accounts.
**Skills and experience required**:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience. Preferably in administration and accounting.
- Positive and confident attitude, willing to learn and can-do attitude.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities. Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minute changes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interface with management and internally across cross-functional teams.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Team player who can work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
**Reporting structure**
The Office Manager will report to the COO Office.
