(1) Provide advisory and support to management and businesses on and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

(2) Manage and support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including working closely with businesses in ensuring that the risk management processes are adhered at operational level.

(4) Keepling abreast of market trends and applicable regulatory compliance matters including global developments which may have an impact on business activities.

(5) Manage and support implementation of company-wide new intiatives and projects.

(6) Act as the point of contact with regulators on risk and compliance matters.

(7) Manage periodic filings/notifications to MAS or other relevant regulatory bodies.

(8) Management auditors on risk and compliance related matters.

(9) Support management in reporting to the boards and/or board committees on risk and compliance related matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Pre-requisites

(1) Recognized Degree in Finance or Banking or Business or Accountancy.

(2) At least 10 years of relevant compliance and/or risk management and/or audit experience within REIT, fund management or business trust industry.

(3) Good knowledge or understanding of laws and regulations including MAS Securities and Futures Act; MAS Financial Advisers Act; MAS AML/CFT regulations, MAS outsourcing requirements, MAS Technology Risk Management; MAS Business Trust Act and SGX Listing Rules.

(4) Good knowledge or understanding of compliance framework and risk management principles and processes of REIT, fund management and business trust businesses.

(5) Self-motivated team player who is meticulous, organized and have strong analytical skills.

(6) Strong collaboration skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

(7) Strong written and oral communication and presentation and interpersonal skills.

(8) Strong stakeholder management skill and ability to interact well with different functions and levels.
