- Recording of purchases, staff claims and other payments
- Review and maintain healthy payables, ensure accuracy of invoice book-in, timely payments to suppliers.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet schedules such as prepayment, accrual, lease liabilities, fixed assets and etc.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for any issues relating to accounts payable matters.
- Assist in monthly closing activities, include but not limited to bank reconciliation, review GL, journal posting
- Assist in audit matters, support in monthly schedules and year end local statutory audit.
- Assist in GST and tax reports
- Assist in billing process, if needed
- Involve in automation and other related digitalization projects.
- Involve in continuous improvements efforts
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior and the Management.
**Requirement**:
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- With can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, responsible and has initiative
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Meticulous, organized, good attention to details
- Those able to start within short notice will be given priority*
**Those requiring work permits need not apply.**

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per month
