We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Officer, FX Settlement Senior Analyst - Hybrid** (Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 - C10) based in Singapore. **In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Process FX transactions settlement, provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of derivative products.
- Identify and resolve securities and derivative settlement issues in a timely manner and make process improvement recommendations to leadership.
- Monitor and suggest solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank, through an intermediate knowledge of procedural requirements.
- Escalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department promptly and collaborate on a solution without compromising any risk & control.
- Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies. Provide training & guiding junior staff to be equipped with the right skillsets & knowledge for Maker process.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Banking Operations preferred.
- 2-5+ years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions including extensive experience in handling large projects delivering operational activities, especially in Foreign Exchange products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize tasks when under stress.
- Self-reliant, good problem solver & result oriented. Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations; draws on diverse range of internal and external sources.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive.
- Able to work well as a team player and as an individual contributor.
