Role
We are looking for a high-caliber professional to join as
Officer, FX Settlement Senior Analyst - Hybrid
(Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 – C10) based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Process FX settlements, provide analytic input for traders and assist in reviewing derivative products.
Identify and resolve securities and derivative settlement issues in a timely manner and propose process improvements to leadership.
Monitor errors and propose solutions to minimize risk, applying procedural knowledge.
Escalate processing issues promptly and collaborate on a solution without compromising risk controls.
Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies; provide training and guidance to junior staff for Maker processes.
Assess risk in business decisions, uphold the firm’s reputation, and drive compliance with laws, rules and regulations; escalate and report control issues with transparency.
Qualifications and Skills
Degree or equivalent experience in Banking Operations (preferred).
2-5+ years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions, with extensive involvement in Foreign Exchange operations and large projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize under pressure.
Self-reliant, problem-solver with evaluative judgment in dynamic situations; capable of independent and collaborative work.
Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive; strong team player and individual contributor.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Open to work on public holidays and weekends.
