As a CX IS Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for end users and support teams. This position is based at Singapore. Reporting to IS Service Owner, you will be supporting large manufacturing and office environment including Personal Computer (PC) Hardware, Software, Applications, Peripherals, and manufacturing equipment. Contribute your expertise to assist Service Owner to enhance service and improve customer satisfaction.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Quickly response to the incidents or requests escalations from local business, and coordinate with supplier to handle them effectively and efficiently
- Monitors and reports on supplier performance and customer satisfaction to service owner and take actions to contribute to service continual improvement.
- Regular collect business requirement and feedback and work together with service owner to supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service infrastructure in time, in budget and at quality.
- Providing leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.
- Providing hardware and software support including break/fix, imaging, inventory, post build set up, new user set up and peripheral installation.
- Audio & video conference room support for Microsoft Teams Rooms (Poly, Lenovo, Crestron Flex, Crestron NVX).
- Providing end user and guest support and coordinate with local and global services on troubleshooting activities. Work with Country Infrastructure team on staging and refresh projects.
- Supporting manufacturing environment, support technologies required for continued business operations including off hours support and on call rotation.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an enterprise End User support role required.
- Experience working in a demanding environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
Familiar with Microsoft O365and Support
- Extensive Windows 10 knowledge and support experience.
- Fluent English and Chinese with good interpersonal and customer support skills.
