**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manage and owns full lifecycle recruitment process
- Partner closely with global and local stakeholders to understand requirements and the impact towards the business.
- Conduct effective screening using various recruiting and selection tools
- Creating and reviewing Job Descriptions for effective hiring
- Build a robust talent pipeline for present and future hiring based on business needs.
- Manage campus recruitment & working closely with universities, participating in job fairs.
- Working with marketing team on marketing assets that helps with recruitment activities.
- Involve in talent attraction, employer branding and employee engagement activities
- Continuously improve and look out for recruiting best practices

- At least 2- 5 years of relevant working experience on end-to-end recruitment process
- Possess sound knowledge in various recruitment methodologies
- Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing with all levels of people
- Understanding of Financial Services roles i.e. Middle Office, Compliance and campus recruitment will be beneficial but not mandatory
- Committed, meticulous, result-oriented, resourceful and self-driven/motivated
- Strong business acumen, team player and forward thinking
