**Minimum Qualifications**:
- A Self-taught professional with a minimum of 3 to 5 years solid AV/VC deployment experience in large organisations with demonstrable AV/VC knowledge and skills.
- Ability to read and understand architectural CAD drawings.
- Able to handle large, complex projects independently
- Ability to analyze, plan, schedule and implement project installations
- Basic understanding of Data Networks and Topology
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
- Willing and able to travel at short notice to support project delivery..
- Communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
- Strong attention to detail & processes Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Proficient with project management tools.
- Proven track record of delivering the projects successfully.
- Proven high quality time management and project management skills.
- Demonstrable leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience assessing ambiguous problem spaces in the project and helping team identify concrete next steps to address the problems.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical topics, requirements, and limitations related to AV hardware and deployment.
- Able to provide 1st level troubleshooting on AV/VC system and provide analysis report
- Diploma in AV engineering or Degree in Engineering
- Technical certifications such as PMP and CTS strong plus.
