**Working days & hours - Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6.30pm
**Job Scope**
- Support the marketing team in all the marketing communications strategies
- Planning and support the team in development, organisation and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns and events
- Manage daily admin duties to facilitate marketing processes and brand communications
- Collaborate with respective departments to enable the proper coordination
- Accountable for social media analytics reports, planning and post mortems resulting in data driven decision making, testing and learning
- Carry out a wide range of business support and coordination activities for the day-to-day operations of the companyConduct market research to explore new business development opportunities & be up to date

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma / Degree
- Working Experience: Preferably with 1 years of administrative support for a team
- Solid experience in procurement or purchasing fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
