Business Analyst

**About the Company**

Our Client is a systems integrator providing enterprise digital transformation solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for a consultative and collaborative **Business Analyst** to support client stakeholders on the development and delivery of digital transformation solutions.
- Lead discussions with client stakeholders on business requirements;
- Develop user stories and define scopes;
- Perform analyses to see if solutions are feasible for customers’ requirements;
- Work closely with Scrum Product Owner to provide insights from the clients’ perspective;
- Collaborate with internal team members on technical specifications and solution design;
- Assist with configuration of systems;
- Perform testing, including unit testing and systems integration testing, and also support users during user acceptance testing;
- Manage and ensure that all technical documentation are up-to-date;
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer for internal teams from production to support stages.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant discipline;
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting digital transformation projects in a consultative role;
- Experience in Scrum framework and Agile methodology, with familiarity in user stories and modelling;
- Strong understanding of software development processes;
- Passion for consulting for business process improvement or transformation;
- Strong client-centric mindset, with the ability to build rapport with client stakeholders;
- Good communication skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical problems and solutions to audiences of varying technical savviness;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Detail orientation, with good documentation skills;
- Positive, growth mindset with team player mentality;
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.

**Employment Details***:

- 1-year contract role, renewable;
- This role requires occasional visits to the clients’ sites.
