**The Job in Short**
At Backbase we are changing the way people bank. We help banks to become digital natives, and deliver unique banking experiences.

Reporting directly to the APJ Head of Marketing, the APJ Digital Marketing Specialist (Automation & Operations), ideally residing in Singapore, will collaborate with regional/country marketers and sales teams in the execution and operations of the marketing function using various martech software tools.

You'll partner closely with our Global Marketing Team (based in Amsterdam) and vendors in-region/locally to ensure deliverables are met in a timely and effective manner.

**What you'll do**
- Salesforce active opportunity pipeline tracking and reporting. Customer journey mapping by account. Managing the lead/moments lifecycle, scoring, nurturing, segmentation, data cleansing and updating data. Knowledge in Salesforce or willingness to learn.
- Social media creation, scheduling and posting. Update APAC and Global content calendars. Knowledge in Hootsuite or willingness to learn.
- Supported by an outsourced vendor, ensure the execution, tracking, reporting, budgeting and optimisations of paid online ads which include: LinkedIn, Google Search Text Ads, Google Display Ads, Google For Video Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook. Knowledge in the above platforms or willingness to learn.
- Basic creation and optimisation of APAC landing pages. Basic keyword research (via vendor or tools). Knowledge in WordPress or willingness to learn.
- Repurposing and curating past content (incl video transcribing) with field marketers and outsourced vendors to re-launch externally, or curate on our internal sales enablement hub / library for sales' own reference and use.
- Financial tracking & reporting (forecast, actuals, budget management) and general reporting & calendar / project management. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Google Data Studio and similar data visualisation tools, or willingness to learn.
- Depending on personal interest, future career growth opportunity to deepen in the above areas, or explore creative production instead which can include virtual event production (e.g. Backbase-owned webinars), podcast production (e.g. Backbase-owned podcasts), or live streaming options (e.g. Backbase-owned LinkedIn Live, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, WeChat Live, etc). Knowledge in the above platforms or willingness to learn.

**You will need**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance
- 2 - 4 years' of experience in business analyst roles, marketing operations, field marketing, marketing communications, and/or corporate communications (ideally in financial services or technology with an interest in B2B marketing)
- Marketo Certified Expert preferred, but not compulsory
- Salesforce experience preferred, but not compulsory
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and another language in the APJ region
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work as an integral part of a geographically-dispersed team that requires you to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel (when safe to do so and according to travel restrictions)
