- Conduct comprehensive MHE driver familiarization training for both sales and rental customers, covering topics such as forklift operations, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance
- Familiarise with Linde fleet management systems, Linde Proximity Detection, Advance Driver Assistant System, Linde Connect Solution, and various safety features on MHE
- Recommend and promote fleet management systems, LPD, ADAS, and safety features to end users
- Prepare new training material for the upcoming series
- Update all training material if needed
- Coordinate with the sales team to maintain an up-to-date training schedule
- Prepare and provide driver training certificates
- Maintain up-to-date training records and documentation
- Lead acid battery re-generation
- Warehouse used lead acid battery preventive maintenance and update of stock list
- Warehouse used chargers check and update of stock list
- Liaise with battery vendor on warranty claim and repair if needed Ensure workshop safety and proper 5S are implemented
**_Job Requirements _**
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Proven experience in delivering training in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Excellent knowledge of forklift operation and safety guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends or evenings as needed
- Proficiency in CRM systems
