**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage corporate loan transactions, including syndication loans, agency loans, and bilateral loans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with a team of three under the guidance of the Team Head to deliver high-quality loan processing services.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, particularly those set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve inquiries and ensure timely execution of loan transactions.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate records and generating reports to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and handle ad-hoc tasks to enhance the efficiency of the Loan Processing team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in corporate loan processing, with expertise in syndication loans, agency loans, or bilateral loans.
- Strong understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements, including those enforced by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with loan processing systems is a plus.
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for client interactions.
