In this role, you will work as a Warehouse Coordinator, responsible for the purpose of ensuring that the employees and contractors utilizes appropriate warehouse procedures and safe practices. Preparing, receiving, issuing of goods, evaluating and recommend best practice for warehouse operations for Motion, Service division in Singapore. Reporting to Warehouse Manager and ensure optimal utilization of personnel and other resources.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Managing the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of corporate warehouse.
- Ensuring all orders are shipped or delivered to customers or in-house production workshop in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules.
- Communicating all delays or variances in inbound and outbound orders to the appropriate parties.
- Maintaining strict control over inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of products,
- Planning warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization.
- Enforcing corporate policies regarding security and safety in order to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conducting periodic spot checks and cycle count of inventory goods.

**Your background**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Window, SAP knowledge advantageous or ERP system
- Minimum ‘O’ level qualification, Diploma qualifications courses in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse and Logistics preferred,
- Own a valid fork lift license (below 5 tons) advantage.
- Fit for physical work as the role require the coordinator to be hands on
- To manage a team of workers for daily operation activity
- To support and coordinate with sales admin and project admin on daily work activity (receipt, Issue, Inspection, kitting, local delivery and export packaging
