**DUTIES OF ADMIN ASST**

2. If there are Registered Inspectors’ (RI) forms to prepare, do it and despatch it, do not delay.

3. Prepare RI quotations upon receipt of invites.

4. Check letterbox regularly.

5. Check outstanding RI payments, send out Statement of Account for outstanding invoices that more than one month old.

7. For new projects, once a client has confirmed a project, prepare invoice for the 1st payment, i.e. confirmation of appointment (check with boss before despatch).

8. For progress payments, issue invoices as advised by boss.

9. During progress of project, prepare Interim Certificate upon receipt of Contractors’ claims.

10. Check Outstanding Invoices File regularly and notify boss if payment is long overdue.

11. Prepare staff salaries monthly.

12. Prepare CPF payments by 2nd week of month.

13. End of year, to prepare IR8A for staff and submit electronically to IRAS.

14. Prepare annual submission to Income Tax dept.

13. Track stationery requirements regularly, and purchase if necessary.
