We are looking for a **Senior Logistics Officer **to oversee and manage our Retail warehouse operations in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate receiving of stocks from both local and overseas delivery by conducting physical inspection on quantity, matching of quantity and product specifications
- Manage movement of stocks in and out of warehouse to ensure no discrepancies
- Monitor stock inventory and provide timely feedback to Buyer on stock requirements
- Ensure compliance to Workplace Safety and Health Guidelines
- Process stocks requisition from retail outlets, ensure accurate picking, tagging and timely distribution of stocks to all outlets
- Timely submission of warehouse documents to Retail Management office for processing
- Prepare and conduct warehouse stocktake

**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 years' experience in warehouse operations (e.g. pick, pack, quality control and co-ordination)
- **Possess Class 3 Driving License **to drive company van
- Meticulous, Responsible and Honest with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintain high standards
- Team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills
