Senior/officer, Air Export

**About the Role**
The Senior/Officer, Air Export is responsible to execute day to day Air Export duties as specified by the Supervisor, Air Export Operations. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Export Operation
- Ensure all shipments HAWB/MAWB and billings are executed on time and accurately
- Ensure all FWB/FHL transmitted to terminal before transfer
- Liaise with transporter to ensure all shipments are transfer to terminal on time
Adhere to customer's SOP and requirements at all times
- Contractor Costing
- Ensure that all contractor's cost are correct and updated into system
Liaise with accounts department to ensure all cost are tally
- Permit
- Review permit report and ensure all shipments are declared
- Comply with AED requirements
CMD Submission via CCNHub
- Shipment Uplifting
- Check and update shipment uplifting timing in report file and system
Ensure all offloaded/partial shipment status are updated in report file
- Adhoc
Any adhoc duties assigned by the Supervisor
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Air Export Operation
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level education
- Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry
- Full understanding of all freight and logistics product solutions
- Proficient in MS Office
- Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
