**Role Overview**

We are looking for a resourceful and driven Inside Sales Representative to support our government and enterprise sales efforts. You will be responsible for managing tender submissions via the GeBIZ portal, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales cycle for our audio-visual (AV) and unified communications (UC) offerings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands public sector procurement, and is eager to grow in the IT solutions space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate tender submissions through the GeBIZ portal, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Support the external sales team in lead generation, quote preparation, and proposal development.
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify opportunities related to AV/UC projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ByteBridge’s product offerings and solutions, particularly AV/UC technologies.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, procurement, and vendor partners to source pricing and technical documentation.
- Build and maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Netsuite / Odoo).
- Track and monitor tender opportunities and follow up proactively on submission outcomes.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing product presentations and solution summaries for prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends, government procurement news, and upcoming ICT projects.
- Provide administrative support in contract documentation, quotation revisions, and bid compliance.
- Participate in virtual demos and product briefings with AV/UC vendors and internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, tender administration, or sales support—preferably with exposure to GeBIZ and public sector procurement.
- Knowledge or experience with AV/UC solutions (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Cisco, Crestron, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and timelines.
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
