**Growth Marketing Manager, Bot MD
**Overview**

Bot MD is a Y Combinator funded startup with the mission of Empowering Doctors around the world. We believe that providing doctors with quick and reliable access to clinical information and helping to simplify clinical workflow are essential to improving the quality of patient care. This is a significant need especially in large and underserved emerging markets.

At Bot MD, we believe in building products that delight our clinical users. We are looking for a rockstar Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team to help us scale our Bot MD platform to reach more hospitals and clinics across the world. Bot MD uses our A.I. to power popular chat platforms like WhatsApp, Viber and Facebook Messenger to help hospitals and clinics automate patient workflows.

In this role, you will lead our growth marketing initiatives for both Bot MD platforms. You will partner alongside our Sales and Product to help craft, deploy, measure and iterate on marketing initiatives that will drive awareness and growth of the Bot MD user base across Southeast Asia. This is an opportunity for a creative, results driven individual to have a major impact on our trajectory. An experimentation and customer-centric approach is essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and execute high level growth and lifecycle marketing campaigns, including measurement and tracking to key business metrics
- Define and implement measurable KPIs for marketing campaigns for both Bot MD platforms
- Partner closely with product marketing, loyalty, sales and operations teams to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns.
- Understand different Bot MD audiences at scale, able to make common sense segmentations, and run iterative growth experiments
- Execute and analyze A/B test plans to improve engagement performance and conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new assets for each stage of the customer journey

**Required Skills**:

- At least 5+ years of growth, product or campaign marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Organization and efficiency — you can seek sophisticated marketing projects and own them from start to finish
- Advanced analytical skills including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and conversion rate optimization; as well as comfort with large data sets.
- Ability to build clear and concise presentations
- Effective communication with peers and senior leaders
- Strong project management skills
- Good team player, positive attitude, excellent communication skills
- BA/BS preferred, not required
