**Job Description**:

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are met. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts. Understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Collaborate on product development, customization, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends. Stay informed about market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Provide training, guidance, and professional development opportunities to the sales team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in sales account management in a manufacturing company.
