**Responsibilities**:
Procurement:

- Source for quotations and evaluate suppliers' performance
- Foster partnerships with key suppliers at both local and regional levels for strategic collaborations
- Actively review, onboard, and offboard vendors in SAP
- Collaborate with internal teams on sourcing of vendors and/or suppliers to ensure technical specifications and deal costing requirements are met
- Drives communication and project plans to ensure effective delivery of savings and deliverables
- Perform sourcing for internal purchases upon requests; review and/or submit vendor comparison/ single source justifications as needed
- Review quotations and obtain approval by key stakeholders
- Monitor and review procurement policies threshold and processes at local and regional levels
- Negotiate vendor credits and payment terms
- Assist in Requests for Tender

System:

- Monitor month end opportunities closing date and liaise with sales teams for updates
- Guide Sales team for all Salesforce enquires and training
- Manages currencies, exchange rates, users’ profile and onboarding or offboarding
- Conduct annual review of user management to key stakeholders
- Manage subscription for salesforce, licences, and product listing

Sales Operations
- Monitor PO issuance,
- Monitor, update, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams on delivery of goods and services
- Send SOF / Termination Form to DC related suppliers
- Manage returned equipment brought back from customers / data centres
- Manage commercial contracts
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma or equivalent educational qualification from a reputable institution
- Good team player and willing to take ownership
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills, independent and result oriented
- 3 or more years’ experience in a procurement role
- Experience in a systems integrator or technology services firm is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
