**What the role is**
- This role supports Philanthropy and Engagement Group management in engaging and assisting Community Chest Committee members to achieve philanthropy and engagement outcomes. The role acts as Secretariat to the Community Chest Committee in facilitating members’ engagement, organising meetings and their relevant coordination. Other work includes planning and driving the Philanthropy and Engagement Group workplan & budget planning process by coordinating and facilitating discussions on internal priorities, resource allocation and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**What you will be working on**
- Secretariat for Community Chest Committee & Event Organising 1. Support Committee Chairman and Management in the engagement and management of Committee members and advisors, which includes Term appointments, recognition and regular communication matters. 2. Plan, organise and provide Secretariat support to regular Committee meetings and other ad-hoc events and activities supporting the Committee, including arranging for meetings and coordinating logistics, maintaining schedules, managing agenda and preparing presentation materials, papers and minutes. 3. Organise and support the annual Community Chest Awards and any other events, as assigned.

Adaptable, able to multitask Skills & Knowledge: 1. Experience in planning and secretariat functions 2. Numerical and comfortable with handling financial/budget planning 3. Operational and/or grant management experience/knowledge 4. Knowledge of social service/fundraising landscape will be an added advantage Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in Secretariat and/or operational related roles Public sector experience will be an added advantage
