**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the Centre Management team to ensure the upkeep of facilities, exhibits, attractions and daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily Startup & Shutdown of Facilities, Exhibits & Projection Systems.
- Perform routine operation, routine planned maintenance, and ad-hoc corrective maintenance.
- Setup for events (AV Systems, Furniture, and equipment).
- Supervise various subcontractors works and ensure contractors’ compliance of work scope.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties, handyman work, projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- N-Level/O Level/ NITEC/ Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 year experience in a comparable role.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure and to manage multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities while dealing with changing priorities.
- Withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting for long periods or prolonged standing, stretching, bending, climbing and kneeling without restriction.
- Able to lift heavy loads.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, two days per week and able to commit either of the weekends (Sat, Sun).
