What You’ll Do
- Provide on-site technical servicing and troubleshooting for dosing pumps and hygiene systems.
- Assist with product installation, rollout, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Offer technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
- Work with Sales and Project teams to support technical proposals and solution design.
- Maintain proper documentation, including technical drawings, BOMs, and service reports.
- Conduct internal and customer training sessions on product use and maintenance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and plan service schedules

What You’ll Need
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum 1 year in technical support, ideally in dosing pumps or industrial systems
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks
- Proficiency in documentation and report writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
