Responsibilities
- Proactively approach shoppers and invite them into the shop
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Achieve individual sales target consistently.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Suggest ways to improve sales (eg planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Expected to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

Basic Salary - $2,200 to $3,000

Gross Salary - Basic Salary + Commission + Incentive
Commission - Can earn up to $5000 per month
Incentives - can earn $200 to $800 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
