**Job Description - Customer Service Executive**
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Executive to handle day-to-day customer communications, manage orders, resolve queries, and ensure customers enjoy an excellent experience with our company. This role involves following up with existing customers, processing orders, and providing support for sales and marketing activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Update payment and able to prepare report
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM system.
- Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support sales team with account management and event coordination when needed.
- Assist in event planning
- Familiar with social media
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales support preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Proficient in excel preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
