OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Provide support to boss as and when required.

Update internal operation proceduresdocumentas needed.

Coordinate with Manger to schedule logísticarrangement and to provide follow-ups.

Support the Manager in managing and resolvingoperational issues.

Work with Manager to provide excellentcustomer service.

Assist in packing of client's order.

Record client's order, place the order for packingprocess.

Order, store and organize all company suppliesin coolroom;
Manage incoming and outgoing products.

Assist customer to load the vegetables to theirvehicle;
Unload the vegetable truck from Malaysia;
Reconcile payments and receipts to variousparties on time.

Manage all orders on regular basis.

Doing delivery when necessary.

Other job assigned.

**Requirements**:
vegetables without forklift.

2) Prefer someone with good communicationskill and leadership.;
3) At least 2-3 years in food wholesale industriesand must be held

relevant position for at least 2 year before;
4) Must be able to drive lorry and holds a valid driving license;
5) Must accept to work permanent night shift from 8pm-8am, 6 days week, required towork on weekends and PHs.

6) someone willing to take hardship job;
7) Basic understanding about supply chain;
8) willing to work at open space area
