Are you an experienced investment professional with a passion for driving impactful deals and shaping strategies? Our client, a fast-growing emerging manager, is looking for a Senior Manager to join their elite investment team. Industry: Private Debt
**About the Role**:
Join a dynamic and high-caliber team working on groundbreaking deals. This role offers the chance to lead end-to-end deal processes, from sourcing to execution, and to play a key role in shaping the firm's growth and culture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Drive deal screening, structuring, due diligence, and execution.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders and management to negotiate and finalize deals.
✔ Perform comprehensive industry, business, legal, and financial analyses.
✔ Prepare investment committee recommendations and internal reports.
✔ Oversee post-investment management, reporting, and monitoring.
✔ Engage with investors and support due diligence activities.
**Requirements**:
5-8 years of experience in private equity, or private debt.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a solid grasp of corporate finance and markets.
Proven ability to manage deal processes independently in a high-paced environment.
