**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**: Collaborate with the system supplier to design and develop HV/MV systems and equipment (Electrical, Protection & SCADA) for offshore substations.
- **System Analysis**: Familiar with Electrical calculations and system analysis to determine specifications and ensure optimal performance to meet client requirements.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all HV/MV systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- **Inspection and Testing**: Perform regular inspections, conduct factory testing and support in field commissioning to assess the technical compliance and performance of HV/MV equipment.
- **Troubleshooting and Technical Support**: Diagnose and provide technical support in resolving technical issues on HV/MV systems and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other engineers, technicians, vendors and regulatory bodies and clients to address and solve problems related to HV/MV systems.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed reports, system architecture diagrams, purchase specifications, functional description and control philosophy to document system designs, construction, modifications, and maintenance activities.
- **Preventative Maintenance**: Collaborate with the system supplier to develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures for HV/MV systems to ensure safety and performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- **Experience**: At least 3 ~ 5 years of relevant experience in high voltage or medium voltage engineering, preferably in an offshore environment.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, proficiency in using electrical design software.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in high voltage or medium voltage engineering are a plus.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, high voltage systems, offshore operations, and safety regulations.
- **Innovation**: Ability to stay up to date with the latest advancements and best practices in HV/MV engineering.
- **Leadership**: Capability to lead and mentor junior engineers and commitment to safety.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work as a team in challenging offshore environment and possess good planning, organizational, interpersonal skills with adaption to ever-changing
