**About the Job**:
At ZujuDigital, our Marketing team accelerates ZujuDigital’s growth and overall ecosystem by building and managing relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a short
- and medium-term influencer marketing and community growth strategy.

As the Community and Partnerships Manager, you will lead the strategy, planning, and development of marketing collaborations that extend the reach and value proposition of our product. You will work closely with our fast-growing Spectator Sports business to oversee the marketing of key strategic partnerships, supporting the growth of the platform developed by ZujuDigital’s team with partner brands.

You will work across our product portfolio to identify, forge, and activate key brand partnerships that help bring our product value propositions to life with prospective high-value audience segments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and execute a short
- and medium-term influencer marketing and community growth strategy.
- Design and execute action plans (roadmap) for developing and growing new Community building programs on our socials: Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
- Identify and activate strategic partnerships (Football Brands and Personalities) that drive business value (Brand Awareness and Recognition) and growth for our products.
- Develop differentiated messaging and positioning based on a deep understanding of our user personas’ and bring it to life in launches, content, campaigns, events, enablement, and more.
- Increase adoption of new and existing product features by collecting quantitative and qualitative data (Sentiment/Trends) on usage, adoption and community feedback patterns.
