The role requires the person to manage a portfolio of the core products. It is about wearing the responsibility hat and get hands dirty to arrive at product solutions. This role is also about setting up business objectives and figuring out a way on how a product is going to help achieve those business goals.

**Position Duties**:

- Should be able to get hands dirty, get deep into understanding the pain points of users without having input from them
- Thinking about simple solutions which create a bigger business impact, but at same time not loosing the long term focus.
- Has ability to present thoughts backing data
- Ability to convince stakeholders in what he/she believes
- Ability to think and execute on how AI can solve some of our business problems
- Ability to influence stakeholders and get agreement on your thoughts and solutions
- Ability to understand users without they answering your questions
- Great people management skills

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of product management experience
- Have managed a team of minimum of 2 PM’s
- Experience in fintech SaaS will have advantage tough not mandatory
- Engineering background will have advantage, tough not mandatory
- Entrepreneur mindset to solve things and an attitude that any problem is my problem
- Startup experience would be an added advantage
