**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead business analysis for **TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT**core banking implementation.
- Identify and propose solutions for functional and process gaps between European and Asian sites.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, define, and document new requirements.
- Design functional solutions and manage implementation roadmaps.
- Define test cases, oversee UAT, and ensure proper system integration.
- Ensure solutions align with group standards and global site requirements.
- Facilitate user workshops, requirements gathering, and documentation of business processes.
- Manage project governance, risk identification, and status reporting.
- Drive migration strategies and change management.
- Coordinate with IT and operational teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- **10+ years**of experience in **Banking as a Business Analyst or Project Manager**.
- Strong expertise in **TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT**for Wealth Management.
- Deep understanding of **core banking domains**:

- Customer & Portfolio Data, Accounts, Payments, Deposits, and Loans
- General Accounting, Reporting, Credit, Taxation, and Securities Processing
- Proficient in UAT, functional/system integration testing, and SQL queries.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
- Familiar with Agile Scrum, JIRA, and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
