Singapore VAMOS BIKE SHOP PTE. LTD. Full time

**VAMOS BIKE SHOP Pte Ltd **is looking for a Bike Store Manager to oversee the daily shop operations and cash management, ensuring outstanding customer service and a supportive open shop environment for its staff and will work closely with the Managing Director to promote an organization’s development and growth in accordance with the company’s mission **“Keeping people and bikes moving.”
**Responsibilities**:
In collaboration with the Managing Director, the Bike Store Manager assumes primarily the responsibility for leading Bike shop operations of VAMOS Bike Shop Pte Ltd. Including:

- Management of Shop and Retails functions
- Oversee Bike Repairs and it is quality control.
- Supervising, Mentoring, and Providing Trainings staff in handling customers, Bike repair and maintenance.
- **Essential Functions**:

- Manage daily Shop Operations, Cash flow registering all sales and activities in the Point of Sales System (POS)
- Responsible for the sales, energy and productivity of the store
- Work with the Owner to determine specific areas of responsibility, which may vary by store. Responsibilities could include:

- Hiring and/or training of new sales staff
- Coordinating staff schedules
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving, ordering, and cycle counting
- Organize and merchandise products cleanly and creatively
- Oversee posting of bikes or parts for sale online (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Manage service inventory under the supervision of store management, including ordering and cycle counting
- Monitor productivity and performance of tech staff.
- Organize supplies and products within the tech centre to promote a clean and efficient work environment.
- Assist customers in purchasing appropriate bikes, parts and accessories.
- Work with the Managing Director to support the Annual Shop budget, Sales Goals and resource allocations.
- Guiding the process by which received repairs, writing up repair tickets, scheduling the work, and assigning each repair to various mechanics within the shop

**Qualifications**:

- Has verbal solid communication skills supported by a positive “can do” attitude.
- Knows well about the Bicycle industry, the latest trends and social media events.
- Has the following had the following attributes: Customer Focus, Market Knowledge, Staff Management, Results Driven, Client Relationships, Verbal Communication
- Ability to work flexible full-time hours.
- Should be passionate about cycling and promoting the benefits of a cycling lifestyle and culture.
- Has at least 2-5 years of sales experience working in retail, preferably with bikes
- Has at least 2-5 years of management experience
- Enthusiastically embraces the concept of serving the customer and providing an exceptional retail experience.
- Capable of safely lifting and carrying 40lbs on a regular basis
- Detailed-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Google platform.
- Is intrinsically motivated, able to work both independently and as a member of a team, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
