**About the team**:The Confluent Global Revenue Marketing team is chartered to build and scale efficient go-to-market strategies, partnering with sales and engaging customers/prospects with targeted campaigns and high touch field marketing activities that build pipeline and drive predictable revenue. This position reports to the Director of APAC Marketing and dotted line to the Director of Global Campaigns.
- We are looking for an exceptional campaigns professional to be a key leader in the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns focused on driving market growth, awareness and sales pipeline across APAC core markets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build out the overall campaign strategy for APAC, aligning global campaigns with regional demands and activations to generate awareness and sales pipeline across the region.
- Adopt and adapt programs and campaigns to ensure consistent execution of global campaigns and initiatives in the region. Provide feedback on campaign adaptation requirements in order to resonate with the target audience in the region and countries.
- Manage campaign(s) set-up and tracking UTMs, understand user journeys, creative and audience mapping to tactics and channels, and proper tagging based on the specific KPIs and measurement for campaign performance.
- Ensure tagging of all applicable APAC campaigns and field marketing activities roll up to global parent campaigns, monitor ongoing governance.
- Responsible for local coordination, localization, monitoring and optimization of global campaigns in APAC, collaborating with the global campaigns team and local field, product marketing, MOPS and marketing communications teams.
- Collaborate to integrate Confluent-led campaigns with partners, execute campaign strategies leveraging the partner ecosystem to reach their prospects and generate top of funnel inquiries/PG.
- Measure & optimize campaign performance against full funnel KPIsI/ goals; manage program budget as required and related PO process and tracking.
- Partner closely with Digital and PAYG marketing leads in the region to drive strategies for sign-ups, PAOs, etc. complimentary to campaign goals.
- Implement industry best practices for driving efficiencies in campaign execution across all channels, keep up with latest trends on regional audience insights, industries, and B2B buying roles and behavior.
**Requirements**:
- 5-8+ years experience in B2B integrated digital campaigns management experience including, ABM marketing and/or product marketing, multi-channels marketing campaigns in SaaS space preferred.
